Refund Policy
We want the first paid experience with Workforcio to be low risk. This policy explains when subscription charges from Efficiency Strength Training, LLC are eligible for a refund.
Effective August 30, 20261. First paid subscription
Your first Workforcio paid subscription charge is eligible for a full refund if you request it within 14 calendar days after the charge. This guarantee applies once per customer and does not apply to later renewals, plan changes, or a new account created to repeat the offer.
2. Duplicate or erroneous charges
We will refund a verified duplicate charge or a charge made because of our billing error. Please contact us promptly with the account email, charge date, and last four digits shown for the payment method. Do not send a complete card number or sensitive authentication information.
3. Renewals and unused time
Subscription renewals and unused portions of a billing period are not prorated or refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise. If an exceptional service failure prevents material use of Workforcio, contact us and we will review the circumstances in good faith.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from Settings → Manage billing in Workforcio. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges; unless stated otherwise during cancellation, paid access remains available through the end of the current billing period. Canceling a subscription does not automatically request a refund.
5. How to request a refund
Email bryan.jones@efficiencystrengthtraining.com with the subject “Workforcio refund request.” Include the email used for your account, the charge date, and a short reason. You may also mail a request to Efficiency Strength Training, LLC, 255 Pleasant Point Drive, Beaufort, SC 29907.
6. Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank or card issuer controls when the credit appears after Stripe processes it. A refund may also end the paid features associated with the refunded charge.
7. Legal rights
This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
