Terms & Conditions
These terms are an agreement between you and Efficiency Strength Training, LLC, doing business as Workforcio. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Effective August 30, 20261. The service
Workforcio provides a mobile-friendly interface for sending commands to, monitoring, and receiving responses from agents running on machines you authorize. Features may change as the service develops. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement to use the service.
2. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information and safeguard your account, devices, enrollment codes, credentials, and connected machines. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, and revoke affected machines or credentials.
3. Your responsibility for agents
You decide what access, tools, data, and authority each agent receives. You are responsible for reviewing commands and agent output, supervising automated activity, maintaining backups, and confirming important actions before relying on them. Do not use the service where an agent error could cause death, personal injury, or catastrophic damage without independent safeguards and human oversight.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate law or another person’s rights; access systems without authorization; distribute malware; evade security controls; abuse shared infrastructure; or conduct harmful, deceptive, or fraudulent activity. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, or the service.
5. Plans, billing, and automatic renewal
The Free plan supports one agent, one gateway, and one user. Pro is $29.99 per month for up to five agents, three gateways, and three users. Scale is $99.99 per month for unlimited agents and gateways and up to ten users, subject to reasonable technical and acceptable-use limits. Enterprise plans have custom pricing, limits, support, and contract terms. Additional Scale users may be offered for an added fee. Model, agent-software, virtual-machine, and third-party API charges are not included. Taxes may apply. Stripe processes payments. Paid plans automatically renew each month at the then-current price until canceled. You authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method. We will provide renewal notices when required by applicable law.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time through Manage billing in Workforcio or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and paid access ordinarily continues through the end of the current billing period. Your first paid subscription charge is eligible for a refund when requested within 14 calendar days of purchase. We also refund verified duplicate or erroneous charges. Renewals and unused time are otherwise not prorated or refundable, except where required by law. Full details appear in our Refund Policy.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of commands, messages, responses, and other content you provide. You grant us a limited right to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary for content and systems connected to your account.
8. Availability and third-party services
The service depends on your machines, outbound internet connection, local agent software, and third-party providers. Tailscale or comparable private networking is optional and governed by its provider’s terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that an agent will complete a command correctly.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Workforcio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits or data, agent actions, or damage to connected systems. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
10. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify Efficiency Strength Training, LLC from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the service, your connected systems or agents, your content, or your violation of these terms or another person’s rights.
11. Termination and changes
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risks, nonpayment, or legal requirements. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after the new terms take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent a dispute may be brought in court, you and Workforcio consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts serving Beaufort County, South Carolina. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
13. General terms
These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy form the entire agreement concerning the service. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
